I don't know much at all about how this stuff works, but if a car is getting more oxygen, won't it need more gasoline to mix with that extra air? Doesn't that mean worse fuel economy? Sorry about the newb post.
I don't know if it actually increases your gas milage but, I do know that before I installed mine the computer would read around 240 miles when I filled up and now when I fill-up it reads 300 miles to the tank. I didn't buy it for fuel economy so I haven't followed it to closely. There are others who say that it has improved their milage around 3-5 mpg.
