I am building a carputer I would like to install and run audio through stcok stereo. deos any one know of a way to run audio in to the stock head unit?I do not want to use an fm mod, if any thing I will re wire all my speakers though an amp which i will be puting in anyways to run my sub.

Any help with this issue or any other ideas would be greatly apprecited.

Dont think that can be done. You would need a head unit with an aux in which the stock one doesnt have. The only input is the one for the cell phone but it is mono. There is a thread over on LS1GTO.com about some people trying to get an aux in by tapping into the internal head unit wiring but I dont know if they have been successful or not.
