The car has a cast iron suspension which adds a lot of weight. Replace that with aluminum and not only will the car handle better, but you can loose some weight right there. Then, both the hood and trunk can be replaced with carbon fiber and the skid plate can be replaced to save 20 lbs. You might be able to save 10 lbs a rim if you go with a lighter set.

I agree with carbon fiber.. my hood on my Z06 Z16 is made of that stuff, and its some light material. save ya 10 or so lbs. And whatever else you can carbon fiber. Its the new age in technoligy.
