1968 Solar Red GTO. I'm 67 now and was 16 when my dad brought it home in May of 68. Drove it to school on occasion, Senior Prom and then with my kids in the back seat. Currently under restoration and my 88 year old mother wants to drive it one more time before her time comes. (yes, she is still very capable). Photos are dated early seventies, mid eighties, and 2019

1965 Red GTO, supposed to be Burgandy but when I was 20 it "needed" to be RED.
52. I did have one of these, even when I was 15, and yes, it got me in trouble often. Miraculous, really, that it did not kill me!

Well, I registered in 2011, but it looks like I never posted or introduced myself. I am 79 years old and I still own the '64 GTO I purchased new. However, it is far from stock. It's got a 434 from a mix of good parts, 670 heads, '66 tri-power, nitrous plates under each carb, LGT-700 5-speed, and a 3.73 Chevelle 12-bolt posi rear end.
