Does a large lag or other bolt go here to from on a 67 front inner fender liner to bolt it to the frame?

There is a bracket with 2 bolts above this one, but this one is large, direct to frame with a circular indent around it.
Picture would be great.

I would think a tight bolted connection from the inner fender to the frame would be a bad idea since the body is held up off the frame with somewhat flexible body mounts. The inner fender would be in constant flex trying to stay with the frame AND float with the body. I can see why GM would do away with that idea.

Thanks NoGoat! Ames has the brackets and hardware. It will require adapting as the '64 inner fender lacks the holes and the flat area.
Now to source the rubber bumper GTOJUNIOR references.
Let me know if you find them. I've struck out. I plan on taking a washer / dryer floor insulator block (hard rubber) and making a couple,
