My mostly restored '64 GTO's odometer quit advancing as it tried to roll over 19999. The speedometer still works. The fuel gauge is sticky, so it needs to be restored also. My question is how to go about removing those 2 gauges, or would I have to remove the entire cluster? The bezel looks pretty good, so whatever is easier I would do.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Remove the entire cluster. Not difficult. Mark the connectors or label them, and take digital photos. Look up Peter Serio on the AMES/PY forums, or just google him. He's been restoring Pontiac gauges and Hurst shifters for years, and is one of the best (if not the best) in the business. My recommendation would be to send the entire cluster to him for a rebuild. Don't start taking it apart to send individual gauges unless that's easier for Pete and you regarding labor and shipping. Good Luck!!
