My 67's in the shop and I was told that I have an exhaust leak where the passenger head mates to the intake manifold.
The owner of the shop, (who owns a pristeen 69 Goat) asked me
"when you ordered the gasket, did you tell them you had and aluminum intake"?
I'm like duhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, no I used the one out of the regular Fel Pro set.
Is there indeed a special gasket for this application?
thanks as usual

I had the same issue twice, lol.. I think you have to buy the newer mid 70s intake set as it has more gasket in the heat crossover area, that is where your leak is at. Or are you running the P4B intake on it? I had the issue with that intake, but the newer performer didn't give me any issue.

Top, there are two different gaskets. Both come in the set. One has a small port for the exhaust heat crossover, and the other has a taller port. You need to match up which one fits. Don't feel bad. The first time I did one when I was a young buck leaked because I used the "wrong" gasket.
