So which intake is the best for the 05's? From searching, it seems that the New Era and LPE are at the top.

K&N for the 05! We use the New Era on the 04's and the K&N on the 05's, they work very well, we stock them pm me and I'll hook you up! :cheers

LPE CAI's (2005) are on sale $209 (sale ends today though) w/ free shipping. They're supposed to be high quality and have heard nothing but good things about them.

I ordered the CAI just before the sale was on. I emailed them and they ended up giving me the sale price and free shipping. LPE has been good to deal with in my personal experience.

Got mine today, installed in about 30 minutes (once I had the torx wrenches and pry tool).

I could tell an immediate difference. It reved up a lot faster and I could feel a little extra pull on a hard take off. I think you'll like it.
