Is there a correct 60% gloss black for interiors or will any semi-gloss black be good enough. Recomendations are appreciated.

Depends on if you want to use a rattle can or have it mixed. Custom mixing and spraying is obviously more accurate but I used Rustoleum Satin Black with Satin Clear over it in my 67 Camaro. I painted all the interior metal except the dash and it looks very nice with no glare or reflection.
