I am having an issue keeping the plunger attached to the pedal. I cant afford for this to snap again. I JUST put this master cylinder in less than 4 months ago and am already stuck.

I get it put on the pedal snug everything looks fine, push it in with my hand see no issue, jump up in the seat and first push just after half way pop!

What's coming off? The rod at the pedal?
Yes. It clips on without issue, seems secure while on the floor and maybe even get one push but then either on the press or depress it pops off.

Last time this happened I had no idea it came off while I was driving. I pushed the clutch in and it broke. Had to tow the car home and replace it. That was a bummer and not cheap!

Sadly I had to replace mine again! My advice is replace it with a Tick Performance and have little to no risk of the same issue again.

There was an old fix on the other board of using just a zip tie to secure it on. I know it's worked well for some for years. I've carried a couple of ties in the console just on case.
