I have a 2006 GTO and just recently had a Mighty Mouse catch can installed. I opened up the bleeder valve and drained the oil out of the catch can and tightened the valve back. The can now blows air out of the bottom of the can and I can't figure out why. Thoughts?

Im guessing you're mistaking it blowing out for it sucking in. The catch can should be pulling vacuum off the PCV

That being said, I dont know what type of valve it has... some screw in to drain, some screw out.

The valve has orings and is rebuildable... could also have a piece of debris in there.
