Hi everyone. The top of both door windows (67 2 door, hard top) are not making good contact with the run channel weatherstrip when the door is shut. I can actually see a gap vertically running to the top.
Can someone point out in the image which is the correct adjustment to make the windows tilt inward so they'll make good contact against the weatherstrip? I think I tried them all! The up and down is okay.

I don't know the problem but I can't find it in the manual.

Following as my 69 passenger side window can't seem to be adjusted for the window to contact the rubber weatherstrip across the top. I've tried to adjust many times and can get close, but it would still leak in a heavy rain.

Adjustments of the windows is covered in the Fisher Body Manual under the 'Doors" chapter.

Does the vent window frame fit properly? You may need to move the vent window inwards.
There is an adjustable stud (#7) at the bottom of the frame that moves the frame in or out. The nut locks the stud in place.
The glass will follow the guide within the vent frame.

I'm going by the 68 FBM which is slightly different than the 67. Refer to the 67 FBM for exact details.

The 69 window assembly is a one year only design and I have no reference material for it. Refer to the FBM for details

Thanks for the illustration. For '67, #2 & 7 will help make those adjustments. You want to make sure your door striker & hinges are adjusted properly first. If so and there is still a gap, adjust those two bolts so that they're farther out to push the bottoms in farther. This will cause the vent window and door glass to tilt in farther. Make small adjustments & be careful to not slam the door with window up until your confident. Ask me how I know.

The one that was key for me in my '67 and is NOT shown in your diagram is the 7/16" hex head bolt on the door jamb part of the door at the same level as the outside door handle. Open the door, and look at the jamb, and you will see the bolt. Loosen the bolt and you can 'roll' the channel in or out easily so the glass contacts the weather strip at the rear window. There are many other adjustments, but this one is key.

Awesome. I appreciate the information. And I didn't even consider the vent window might be holding me out, that makes sense and probably not helping my cause.
Geeteeohguy, yes I haven't had a chance to look yet, but I'm pretty sure that bolt exists on my door. I'm positive there is one on the hinge end right below the vent window, so I'm hoping there's one on the other end as well.
