The one that was key for me in my '67 and is NOT shown in your diagram is the 7/16" hex head bolt on the door jamb part of the door at the same level as the outside door handle. Open the door, and look at the jamb, and you will see the bolt. Loosen the bolt and you can 'roll' the channel in or out easily so the glass contacts the weather strip at the rear window. There are many other adjustments, but this one is key.
