Price? Did you have to do much side prep?

I'd love to have something like that (3 car garage and 5 cars lol) to put my Riviera in for the winter and maybe even a little workshop area.

Price is the good part .. Delivered: 3195.
Was gonna rent a walk behind bobcat .. 175.00 + tax a day plus gas. 50.00 delivery and pick up. Then I'd have to buy stone.

Got 5 estimates for site prep..... Wanted 5" removed and piled no removal I want to landscape with it... 3 estimates 250.00 WITH the stone. One guy wanted 550 another 400 .....

Guy that did my driveway extension for my goat garages 2 years ago came. 250.00 he did it all with 3" stone then got his roller off his lowboy and rolled my lawn. Hell it would have cost me much more to do the work myself. He used his laser tri-pod to level the ground too.

250 site prep
3195 built tax delivery.

I built a ramp made of 2x6's 7 feet wide 4' long for like 50.00. 4x4 base. I think I got away pretty good on price.

2 other estimates were nearly 1K more. Local Amish guy here did it.

Doors 4 feet each with steel rod reinforcement to prevent door sag.

I DID NOT want the overhead door I wanted it to blend in I wanted to make it look like a shed. This will be out back and the car will be driven on grass and parked in it. Primarily in winter as I don't drive these in salt snow rain etc.

2 sheets 5/8" plywood 12" centers made of Pressure Treated Wood with a ridge vent.
