OE 65 steering wheel for sale. Might be a 64, not sure. Blue, with multiple cracks. Good candidate for refurbishing. Will sell for $50 plus the shipping.

That is a '65-'67 'wood' wheel. Not a blue deluxe wheel. And at $50, a real steal.
