Question....

Does anyone with the Sport Appearance Package know if the muffler/exhaust tip combo adds any hp to the overall stock? Trying to decide if I should have it custom installed or dealer installed with the sap. thanks!!!!

I doubt that it seriously does anything but change the looks. Exhaust changes to the GTOs do little to add performance until significant engine mods are accomplished. If you like the stock rearend, you might consider selling your SAP components. Lots of 04 guys are looking for split exhaust. I might consider it myself.

Thanks for the feedback. I guess I'm just looking for something with a good catback system, (ideally having the dealer install it before I pick it up). I'll letcha know if I do end up getting the SAP though, because I do like the stock dual "single" tailpipes.
