Alright, so I can get slight roadrage to where I can control myself but I really want to ram the guy or whatever.

So, anyway, I was stuck in rushhour traffic on the freeway trying to get onto an exit. The traffic was barely moving. This guy in (if I remember right) a Jetta cjust drives along the shoulder of the road. I see him trying to cut off the Ford truck behind me for a minute before trying to just continue on down the shoulder. Pissed me off, so as he started passing me, I floored it making the tail swing out a bit towards him. He stopped, I stopped. He tried again, I did it again. He then guns it passed me and I lurch towards him as if to follow him. He quickly got in line after that. I think I scared him, because he kept trying to get as far away from me as possible, finally wipping around a corner on the main street. Damn people who think they're better than everyone else. Pisses me off!

Same with Orlando. Its everyday and all day there. Thats one thing I dont miss about living in Orlando.
I'll second that, but the worst is Miami / Ft. Lauderdale. When the light turns red, if you stop, you'll get rear-ended. On I95 people weave through traffic at 25 miles an hour more than the flow of traffic and they are usually in a POS that really isn't safe for the road at a slow pace. They think nothing of cutting you off, slamming on the brakes to the point you are threshold braking to keep from hitting them, then exiting, even though there wasn't a soul for a half mile behind you.

Sounds like Houston day and night.
If you tried that crap in Houston you'd probably get popped. You're lucky your moves didn't cause an accident or get your young arse thrown in jail. Better to just let it go. Road rage is road rage, whether its you or him. Your response was unwarranted and just plain wrong.

During my almost half century of driving, I have lived in several states, including TN, SC, CA, WI and AR.

Knowing many won't agree, I have to say that I found the most courteous drivers to be in SoCal, compared to the other states where I lived.

If you want to encounter some real dimwits, try driving in Memphis...
