I think my Reverse Solenoid is shot. I am able to shift into Reverse (well I can grind the reverse gear) at any speed instead of it being locked out. The electrical connector is secured properly, so I figure it must be the physical solenoid. Has anyone had a problem with their solenoid?

I've had no problems with mine, but it's common for solenoids to fail. One way to test it would be to check the resistance of the coil. It will either read some small resistance if the coil is good, or an open circuit if it's bad. to mechanically test it, you could try running 12v to it and see if you hear a click. Of course you'll want to disconnect it from the harness for both of these methods.

I wasn't trying to shift into reverse! I was trying to shift into 5th, however I pushed too far right, normally the blockout solenoid prevents you from going that far. Needless to say gears grinding while the clutch was in led me to believe that I was actually in the reverse gate and not 5th.
