I am not a GTO owner yet, but it is looking like that will all change sooner or later. I am planning on buying one towards the end of next year, so i figured I would start getting involved in the community now. I have been a GTO fan since the beginning, obviously I wasnt around for the beginning, but the GTO has always been one of my favorite cars so I am seriously thinking about getting one. I have a Ford Probe GT now and have owned it for a couple of years, its a great little car, very happy with it and the community for it is great, but it is lacking some of the more modern amenities and has 220k miles on her. I am hoping to get another year out of her and then upgrade to the GTO. Hopefully and 05/06 model, but I won't be too picky. It will be such an upgrade from what I have now it wont even matter.

I live in Charlotte NC, and I saw a GTO meet up here near Concord Mills Mall a few months ago if anyone from here was a part of that. See ya'll around. :cheers

You are interested in one at the end of next year? .... End of 2007? I admire someone who can drool that long and keep focused on it.

By then you should have many used ones to choose from... Good Luck waiting.:cheers

Well, I don't have a car payment now, and I kinda like it. I generally keep cars until they die on me so I plan on saving up enuff money to just buy one. Or have a super low monthly payment, either way it will take me about a year to do it. Plus there are some things I wanna do to the PGT before I give her up.
