Yes.

Jim at Gravana is a hell of a nice guy, and very knowledgeable...but his grasp of the most basic courtesies -- such as returning &&^$%# phone calls-- is lacking.

Not all of us have had bad experiences with Gravana. Jim was very good at returning my phone calls. I ordered my Pedders rear springs and JBA ceramic coated headers w/JBA 8mm wires from them. I say give 'em a try and judge for yourself.
