Is anyone familiar enough with the settings a dealer could perform to get the LS2 running better? I think it's running a bit rich. A couple cars before my GTO, I was good friends with the dealers' tech guys. They adjusted (with in factory limits) the settings in the ECM and it litterally felt like a different engine had been dropped in the car. I just am not sure what to ask for. With the other car, knowing the guys and browsing another forum got me the answers I needed. Thanks for any help :)

One other question. Since I'm looking to get a "tune", I was looking at the predator programmer. I noticed it has a lot of nice things for automatic's, but is it worth getting for a 6M? Will I be able to tune as good as taking it a speed shop? The reason I ask is because I don't want to get a tune, paying 600.00 or more, then do a mod later (I'm kinda on a tight budget so mods won't all happen at once) and have to pay to re-tune. Thoughts? Suggestions? :cheers

Should it cost $600 to tune it? That sounds like ALOT for a dyno tune. I think $200 or so would be more fair, but even a bit much too.
Since the Fall and Winter are approaching quickly. You might want to Stock up on your mods over the next few months and then have them all installed/tuned at the same time. Will save some $$.

I'd heard a good dynoed tune could cost near 500.00.... I really have no idea. $200 sounds more reasonable. If a predator is only 399... I could see spending the extra cash and retaining the ability to change settings.
