The drivers side seat back will not tilt forward OR backward.

They replaced both switches but still not working......I never even got to drive it out of the showroom.........

Mabe its one of the electric motors? Since they have never replaced one, they are trying to find out how to get into the back of the front drivers sea to take a look see..

Suggestions?

BTW, its Black with Red interior w/ a 6 speed.

Just got a call......a ground wire was loose...........whew, thoughts of electrical gremlins inhabiting my car make me really nervous...........

I've driven Volkswagens for over a decade. Electrical gremlins are the reason I kicked my last one to the curb. Curse you, electrical gremlins!!

Glad you got your Goat, it's the exact setup I will be getting as far as transmission and colors. Enjoy the ride, brother!
