Don't know about the "o" ring, but the two smaller gaskets are for the EGR valve ('73 on up engines) and the big gasket goes on the front of the passenger side head and is for the AIR casting for the AIR pump plumbing, which your '67 doesn't have. These master gasket kits have all the gaskets for all the years, so expect to have "leftovers".

That rubber o-ring might be the seal that goes between the back of the timing cover housing and the intake. The hole looks a little large for that though...
