What would a 1968 Lemans chassis/shell be worth?

My father that passed recently had a 1968 Pontiac Lemans that has been on the property for years. He never got the chance to finish restoring it and I don't think it's a project I'd be willing to take on (the vehicle needs a ton of work, lots of rust, needs floor pans, panels, missing parts, etc). There is no motor or tranny in it now, but I do have a 400 big block that I'd probably sell with it. My question is what is my ballpark figure this would be worth? I'll post some pictures tomorrow (it's dark out now) but the vehicle basically needs to be restored from the ground up. I do have the title and all the paperwork is intact.

Sorry for your loss. What BLKJUDGE said. Cars left outside 'go away' and most of the time are reduced to scrap value. Just the way it is. Post some pics.
