Really violent wheel hop will break things - like the frame. A jacked up rear end makes things worse.

First would be all new bushings. Worn bushings can be a cause - too much play.

Dick Miller has some good products. His book is a must if you want to get serious about traction: https://store.dickmillerracing.com/rearsuspensions.aspx

If the rear end is jacked up, you may want "no-hop bars." If you do a web search using that term, you should pull up a couple different styles. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/qa1-5213?seid=srese1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIuIrVgKmG5AIVD5SzCh0chAiBEAQYAyABEgLDivD_BwE and

If stock height or lower, you might use Rear Control Arm Relocation Brackets: 1964 - 1972 GM A-Body Rear Control Arm Relocation Brackets - Bolt-In [4012] - $149.99 : UMI Performance, Inc.

You might also try a different rear spring and/or shock absorber.

You can also change suspension geometry that alters your Instant Center. http://www.wallaceracing.com/coilspring.htm

Highly suggest upper/lower control arm braces if you are going to use that throttle to its fullest at stop lights, stop signs, against rice burners, and LS Chebbies.

What Jim said, also the simple load handler air bags inside the coils will allow you a little adjustment for rake angle without screwing up pinion angle and reduce a little of the roll and oversteer in corners.
