Thanks for your valued help. The photo was super helpful as well and somehow I wasn’t looking at the correct mounting points. Situation solved and onto the continuation of my reassembly. Again thanks all.

Any guidance from anyone would be awesome. I’m putting my 1965 GTO back together. I has a 4 speed with center console. I noticed the inward front seat belt bolts reside directly under the centre console on the drive shaft tunnel and where it looks as though the seat belt would aggressive rub on the console If installed. Am I seeing this right? Have looked in a number of areas for photos or diagrams to guide me but come up short.

In the future you can reference the 1965 Fisher Body manual for questions regarding the interior and car body from the firewall/dash back.
